The course focus will be on current, up-to-date issues that impact on contemporary practices within accounting and practice. Participants will have the opportunity to critically evaluate contemporary issues. By the end of the course learner will be able to express qualified opinions on many contemporary issues, in addition to evaluating the implications further academic research and industry practice. Specific topics will reflect contemporary issues including environmental accounting. Further this course will allow participants to analyze contemporary issues to underpin informed discussion and debate.
